Massage workshop for couples

We cordially invite you to the workshop of massage in couples according to traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of meridians. If you would like to learn to massage, you like to massage, but you lack technique, or you just want to try something new and have a good time with your partner, this workshop is just for you (for you!). Massage helps to effectively relieve pain, get rid of energy stagnation in the muscles, and improves the functioning of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. It works well in stressful situations, after physical exertion, it will also allow you to return to good shape faster. During an intimate workshop, you will learn to massage with mindfulness and focus on the needs of the other person, so that the massage is pleasant and effectively relaxing for the person being massaged, but also tiring for the masseur. We will discuss the most important areas of the body and how to relax them, we will work on how to touch and massage while remaining in a relationship with a partner. The workshop will be 90% practice-based, i.e. massage. Everyone will play both the role of a masseur and massaged person. You will leave the workshop with a decent dose of knowledge, from which you will be able to draw upon doing massages at home. We will send you the notes and a summary of the workshop by e-mail so that you can fully focus on the massage.
