We invite you to a meeting with a psychodietician!
This time we'll talk about natural antidepressants and make some power balls!
We will talk about the sources of natural compounds that contribute to well-being. Tips on where to find antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds that affect the synthesis of serotonin - the happiness hormone. During the meeting, we will prepare power balls that will be a source of, among others, L-tryptophan and phenylethylamine, i.e. compounds that affect well-being. We provide materials and raw materials in the price of the workshop.
The workshop will be conducted by:
Monika Adameczek - psycho-dietician, psychologist, health promoter, EFT trainer,
SPA therapist. On a daily basis, he runs the psychodietetics studio "Laughter in the kitchen",
