Czas i lokalizacja
05 Apr 2022, 17:00 – 18:30
Gdansk, Dmowskiego 10 A / i B, 80-264 Gdańsk, Poland
Due to the current situation and in response to the needs of people who escaped from the war, we are starting meetings with the Polish language! We help no longer with a sprint, but with a marathon.
There are already a lot of people in the Tri-City who want to learn the basics of the Polish language, which is a gateway to easier finding in the new reality. We know from experience that the google translator does not always do the trick, and sometimes it only takes a few words and it is easier to get along with the person you have taken in under your own roof.
Polish in a nutshell is a total of 5 meetings with teachers of Polish as a foreign language. It covers issues such as: introducing yourself, health, how to get there, etc. Basics of the basics that will allow you to get along before someone goes to a typical language course. The first meeting is hour long, the rest lasts 1.5 hours .
April Tuesday group meeting dates:
April 5 17-18: 30
April 12 17-18: 30
April 19 17-18: 30
April 26 17-18: 30
In order to participate in the classes, you must come to the first one-hour class on 03/24/29/03 or on 03/31 and sign up for a group on a given day. It is possible to either Tuesday or Thursday (separate entries), you can choose a preferential date, but after registering for a given day, you should appear on the days of the selected group (no exchange, making up, postponing, etc.).
If it happens that it is not possible to continue the classes in the group or something unforeseen happens, please contact us, in exceptional circumstances, we will help you do the classes. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, if the registered person will not be able to come. There are a lot of people willing to do so, and thanks to the fact that you will let us know, someone will have a chance to take their first steps in Poland! Thank you in advance :)
Classes will be conducted by Ms Karolina, a certified teacher of Polish and postgraduate students in teaching Polish as a foreign language (as part of internships at the Academy of Polish Language, Polish school for foreigners, located at the Earthosphere). Everyone contributes to this initiative selflessly.
People with coughing, fever or other symptoms of illness, please stay at home. There will be an opportunity to use our course when you recover :)
We also organize other activities that integrate the Ukrainian-Polish community. Check our fanpage and, of course, like the page to be up to date with the events we organize :)
See you later!
