Wild plants in the kitchen

Lush life blooms under our balconies, on lawns and all the other patches of greenery. On the run, we do not pay our attention to the wealth that is right under our feet. In these workshops, you will learn why you should eat wild plants. I am going to show some ubiquitous savages gathered from roadside meadows.

Kasia Banaś: passionate about living in harmony with nature, crazy about cooking and eating. I work for part of the time for Earthsphere, and the rest of the  of my free time is devoted to creating projects promoting healthy, natural cuisine and talking about how food can save the climate :)
