Wild cuisine - plant cooking workshops

Lush life blooms under our balconies, on lawns and all the other patches of greenery. 🌼🌹🌾🌱 On the run, we often do not pay attention to the wealth that is right under our feet. In these workshops, you will learn why you should eat wild plants. I will show some ubiquitous savages collected from the meadow near the forest, from which we will prepare together:  

☘️Turbo nourishing weed and edible flower salad variations with herb oil and vegetables 

☘️ Sunflower, vegan "cottage cheese" with herbs and additives, ideal for sandwiches 

☘️ Half wild pesto as a delicious, healthy side dish with pasta or groats 

☘️ Additionally, set the oil macerate of your choice
