Baby is Coming! Thematic meeting - lactation and diapers

Here you will find a series of meetings to prepare your 3 (or 4?) For childbirth, puerperium and baby care as it is with you 

We have prepared 3 meetings:

3 / 16.08 - 11: 30-13: 30 AFTER BIRTH - lactation and diapers

If you are interested in issues related to natural feeding and multiple diapers, this workshop is for you.

During the meeting we will talk about:  

-the beginning of the lactation path, i.e. what can happen to you at the very beginning of breastfeeding until lactation stabilizes;  

- breastfeeding and the use of pacifiers and pacifiers

- whether and how it can be combined;

-about the diet of a nursing mother in accordance with the slogan "I feed - I eat everything"; _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

-about problems in lactation - "what can happen along the way", i.e. the most common problems of a nursing mother;  

- about whether your child is nauseous - how to check it? Together, we will count the increments and discuss the correct technique for weighing the baby;

-about the number of diapers that should be in your pile;  

-about types and systems - what works best for us.

The classes will be conducted by Małgorzata Pilanowska, mother of five, certified reusable diaper advisor, doula, breastfeeding promoter, supporting pregnant women and mothers of young children.

You can sign up for one workshop or come to all of them in the series.
