Here you will find a series of meetings to prepare your 3 (or 4?) For childbirth, puerperium and baby care as it is with you 

We have prepared 3 meetings:

1 / 19.07 - 11: 30-13: 30 PREPARATION FOR BIRTH - look down; ticket can be purchased in a separate event

2 / 02.08 - 11: 30-13: 30 PRACTICAL WORKSHOP - from this event 

At this meeting, we will deal with the natural care of mothers and newborns.

We will talk about natural skin care oils, nourishing butters and other natural base ingredients, and what future mothers and babies really need.

We will make: - newborn skin care oil - from the first days of life - relaxing bath salt for mother - anti-stretch mark cream for mother on stomach and breasts

The workshop will be conducted by Patrycja Leonard-Pawluk, a psychologist and trainer, who conducts workshops on natural care and natural cosmetics in the Earthosphere. It promotes a life closer to nature, natural care for yourself and the planet.

3 / 16.08 - 11: 30-13: 30 AFTER BIRTH

If you are interested in issues related to natural feeding and multiple diapers, this workshop is for you.

At the meeting, we will talk about: - the beginning of the lactation path, i.e. what you may encounter at the very beginning of breastfeeding until lactation stabilizes; - breastfeeding and the use of bottles and pacifiers - whether and how it can be combined; -about the diet of a nursing mother in accordance with the slogan "I feed - I eat everything"; -about problems in lactation - "what can happen along the way", which are the most common problems of a nursing mother; - about whether your child is nauseous - how to check it? Together, we will count the gains and discuss the correct technique for weighing the infant; -about reusable diapers - economy, ecology and health - can it all be combined? -about the amount of diapers that should be in your pile; -about types and systems - what works best for us.

The classes will be conducted by Małgorzata Pilanowska, mother of five, certified reusable diaper advisor, doula, breastfeeding promoter, supporting pregnant women and mothers of young children.

You can sign up for one workshop or come to all of them in the series.

At this meeting, we will deal with: -preparing the birth plan -packing the bag for the hospital -rights that a woman has during childbirth and right after it, in accordance with the slogan of the Rodzić po Human Foundation "Rodzę - I have rights" to the breast, uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact, care treatments in the delivery room, etc.) - shortly after the postpartum period - what is it and what can be expected in the first few weeks after delivery; - baby layette - what is worth buying before giving birth and what can wait; - briefly about multiple diapers of a newborn
