Auto massage, or how to deal with tension effectively

🌸 We cordially invite you to the auto massage workshop based on traditional Chinese medicine and meridian theory. 🌸

Auto massage, as a regular practice, will help you effectively relieve pain, get rid of energy stagnation in the muscles, and improve the functioning of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. 👌 It works well in stressful situations, after physical exertion, it also allows you to return to good shape faster. ❤️

During the workshop you will learn about the most important acupuncture points of the body, the course of several meridians and you will learn effective auto massage techniques. 🙂

Theory will be intertwined with practice, and we will send you notes and a summary of the workshop by e-mail.

Valérian Collot (workshop leader) -

An actor, social worker, masseur and Chinese medicine practitioner by education.

For several years now, fascinated by Chinese medicine, he is looking for a system that allows him to understand the secrets of the human body. He uses various massage techniques and energy work: Tui-na massage, Reiki, Qi Gong, acupuncture, dietitian.
